Ensemble LPR and Tessa Lark Live From the Naumburg Bandshell

Listen to the opening concert with Ensemble LPR and violinist Tessa Lark recorded live on June 12, 2018.Ensemble LPR is named for their downtown home base, Le Poisson Rouge (LPR). They shared two old favorites — Tchaikovsky’s Serenade for Strings and Debussy’s Clair de Lune – as well as premieres by David Handler and Thea Musgrave. Rising star Tessa Lark joined them as the soloist for John Corigliano’s suite from The Red Violin.
